Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 13%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

• Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
• If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (888) 878-2881.
• We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

Care and attention is given to your order to enure that it is as requested. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. For green/blooming plants;similar type may be substituted of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of containers/dishes/keepsake items may be necessary-similar style may be used. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Latex balloons & highly scented flowers are not welcome in some hospitals.  Substitution may be necessary due to hsopital policy. The substitutions will ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.  Thank you for your understanding.
