What information should I have ready before ordering?
We endeavour to ensure that ordering with us is an easy and fun process! Our recommendation is to order directly online, as you can go at your own pace and ensure firsthand that all the order information is entered correctly and to your satisfaction. We have a team of dedicated people who would be happy to talk to you directly and assist you with placing your order over the phone. Before ordering, you'll need to have the recipients full name, a complete address and phone number ready for where you're sending your order to. It is also strongly encouraged to decide beforehand what you'd like to write on the card message. Last but not least, we also require the billing information linked to the payment method you will be providing.
How will I know if my flowers (or gifts) have been delivered?
This is the most common question we receive. If you have ordered (and did not request confirmation) contact us at 1-888-878-2881. We have an outstanding track record of delivering flowers on-time throughout Canada and across the world. However, the best way to determine if a delivery has met with your satisfaction is often to contact the recipient directly. The next best method is to contact us on the next business day after scheduled delivery. Especially on a busy floral holiday (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, ext), we try our best to accommodate with requests. Although sometimes they are not possible or the recipient has requested a time that works best for them.
What payment options do you accept?
Our accepted forms of payment are Visa, Debit Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
What is the difference between "Standard", "Deluxe" and Premium?
The difference between the Standard, Deluxe, and Premium is either of a few things; size, container, variety. Ultimately whatever choice you make we will fill it to value and make sure it is lovely. To put simply think of small medium and large. If you have any other questions feel free to contact us.
Can I send an order anonymously?
Unfortunately, you can not send an order anonymously. However, you can type whatever you like for the card message. Please be advised that we are obliged, if requested by the recipient, to give out the sender's name. In our experience, the recipient will almost always prefer to know who has sent a gift.
How much do your delivery or service fees cost?
There is a standard delivery charge that will be applied to each order. In addition to that, any deliveries out of our standard delivery will include an upgraded fee (to be determined at checkout).
Do we deliver on Sunday?
During regular weekdays, we are closed on Sunday. Although during busy floral holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter, we are OPEN! Ultimately it's always best to give us a call, perhaps we are here by chance working away.
